In 1988, Lucien Khodeir graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.

From 1987 to 1990, Lucien held several administrative positions in the federal department of Supply and Services Canada at La Place du Portage in Hull, Québec.

In 1990, Lucien joined the Employer Health Tax Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Finance at the regional office in Brantford, Ontario in the capacity of a Bilingual Taxroll Administrator.

In 1991, Lucien joined the Retail Sales Tax Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Finance at the regional office in Hamilton, Ontario in the capacity of a Field Auditor.

From 1992 to 1993, Lucien was assigned to the position of Field Auditor for the Motor Fuels and Tobacco Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Finance at the head office in Oshawa, Ontario.

In 1994, Lucien received the designation Certified General Accountant.

From 1998 to 1999, Lucien was assigned to a task force of the Special Investigations Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Finance to investigate fraud in Ontario.

In 2001, Lucien resigned his position of Field Auditor to start his independent consulting practice in the Tax Recovery Industry.

To date, Lucien has reviewed the accounting systems and records of over 100 organizations and has recovered over $1 million for them.
