Our Review

A Halve account executive contacts the appropriate representative from your organization to determine how Halve's services will benefit you. Your representative signs our Service Agreement and decides when our review can begin.

At the start of the review, Halve's lead reviewer requires about an hour of your time to become acquainted with your organization's operations. To assist in preparing your submission, Halve's lead reviewer needs access to the previous 4 years of records, a photocopier, and desk space.

During the review, Halve's lead reviewer may be assisted by junior reviewers to shorten the duration of the review. Halve's lead reviewer will provide you daily status reports.

At the conclusion of the review, Halve's lead reviewer obtains your consent to submit the eligible overpayments on your organization's behalf. For your convenience, Halve acts as your agent in handling all enquiries related to the submissions.

Overpayments are directly paid to you by way of a cheque or a credit on your account. As part of our service to you, Halve will assist you in modifying your systems to reduce future overpayments.
